A key aspect of success in therapy is feeling comfortable with your therapist — it simply has to be a good fit. Michael values cultural sensitivity and uses a holistic, client-centered approach, drawing on a variety of therapeutic approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). His postgraduate training has been in CBT from the Beck Institute.
